My Kingdom for a Coach
Do you have a coach? I mean a real, up-close and personal kind of coach that works with you one-on-one? If not, and you're not making the kind of money you want, then you need to hire a coach!
There's all kinds of good, bad and mediocre advice out there, but the most effective strategies and pearls of wisdom are only shared in "coachdom". How do you find your business coach? It pays to do your homework. Get references from people who've had a business coach and have results to show for it. Search on the Web. Look in the yellow pages. These days most coaching is not done face-to-face, it's done over the phone, from the comfort of your own home. It's so easy!
You will want to find a coach in your niche or industry, because if they don't understand your type of business inside and out, they'll be much less effective and you'll have to spend valuable time educating them about the finer points of your enterprise. A life coach is wonderful, but won't be much help whe! n you really need an MLM coach.
Also be sure to get a personal coach who you're comfortable with and who will be effective in molding you into the entrepreneur you want to be. If you're a sensitive, easily-offended type, then you don't want a drill-sergeant kind of coach. However, if you're rough and tough and have to be hit over the head with a two-by-four to create a sense of urgency and accountability, then your personal coach shouldn't be an overly polite, laid-back, gentle soul.
If you're really lucky, there might be the perfect MLM coach for you, right under your nose. Like Ellie Drake, for instance. Ellie had coaches, and now she's qualified and has the phenomenal results to coach you to your highest potential. Ellie's not an anomaly. Most highly successful and wealthy people in the world today have or had a personal coach, or more than one.
I have a wonderful MLM coach that I really resonate with who's changing my life. They made their millions,! and now they're showing me how. And in turn, anyone who is a ! business partner of mine, will reap the rewards of my investment, because I intend that I'm sharing my finely honed skills with my business partners. It only makes sense, because if they do well, we ALL do well. And that's what it's all about, isn't it? Being the best we can be, doing what we can to help others and make the world a better place?
"The money I have is in direct proportion to the value I've given to others. The more I give of myself, incredibly, the more economic power comes my way. -Tod Barnhart "The Five Rituals of Wealth".
We all know there's no need for competition, right? There's more than enough of everything in the Universe for all of us. "From abundance he took abundance and still abundance remained." I still hear Bob Proctor's voice ringing in my ears with that simple but powerful wisdom. Bob is a mentor of mine. Not a vis-?is coach, but a mentor. It's great, but not the same thing as a personal coach. I'm not accountable to Bob. I'm accountable ! to my MLM coach, and to myself.
Each week I have an assignment based on what I learned. My homework is to take those actionable items and USE what I learned to further my business, and practice, practice, practice!
NO ONE has to do it alone. Dump the horse, Cinderella, and get a coach. It's the elegant way to go!
